Returns & Refunds Policy (Summary)

  • Return Window: You have 90 days from the purchase date to return the product for a refund.
  • Return Process:
    1. Request a return authorization (RMA) via support@titantransform.com within 90 days.
    2. Include the RMA number with your return.
    3. Ship the item at your expense within 14 days of receiving the RMA and provide tracking details.
    4. The item must be in good condition with all original accessories.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, downloadable software, and certain health/personal care items.
  • Refund Process:
    • Once received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
    • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a few business days.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If not received, check with your bank or credit card provider. For further issues, contact support@titantransform.com.
  • Exchanges: Defective or damaged items can be exchanged for the same product within 90 days.
  • Gift Returns: If marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit. If not, refunds go to the original purchaser.
