Returns & Refunds Policy (Summary)
- Return Window: You have 90 days from the purchase date to return the product for a refund.
- Return Process:
- Request a return authorization (RMA) via support@titantransform.com within 90 days.
- Include the RMA number with your return.
- Ship the item at your expense within 14 days of receiving the RMA and provide tracking details.
- The item must be in good condition with all original accessories.
- Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, downloadable software, and certain health/personal care items.
- Refund Process:
- Once received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a few business days.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If not received, check with your bank or credit card provider. For further issues, contact support@titantransform.com.
- Exchanges: Defective or damaged items can be exchanged for the same product within 90 days.
- Gift Returns: If marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit. If not, refunds go to the original purchaser.
